It has been a while

I recently quit my job as an engineer to become an entrepreneur. The past 6 months has made me realize that being an engineer is a really boring job. You go to work early and return home late and for what? Staring at the computer for 12 hours, blaming the servers for its looong loading time. Chasing the deadline and for what? I could not find any satisfaction in terms psychologically and financially. I need to learn more and experience new things. I am not ready to commit to a job just yet. So many things to explore and learn. Most importantly, getting to know myself better.

On topic of money

Currently, I need to diversify my income. I don't have a steady passive income. I've been looking for things to sell in my room but I could not find any. All the things in my room serve a purpose. This means that I have been minimalistic for quite some time now. This is a good thing, but I still need to find something to sell. I have a steady income from my job as an engineer but it is not enough. I can barely survive with my fresh graduate salary. I will probably look for another job if my salary does not increase in a year. Most of my salary goes to paying highway tolls and parking. In addition, my salary when I was working with Domino's is much higher than what I am making now. hahahaha.  These days are definitely one of the hardest times in my life. I will restructure how I spend my money, I might have to cut my spending on food and dates. Sorry Sayang. Yasashii Men

If you're so smart why aren't you happy?

If you're so smart why aren't you happy? This book title really hit me, I did not have the chance to read it though. I always consider myself to be quite an intellectual person. Well everyone does. However, I am unhappy. I believe one of the reasons I am unhappy is that I have a high expectation of life. I am so tired of having this high expectation like I deserve something from life. The universe owes me nothing! I am tired of being unhappy. So tired of being unhappy.. This journey goes on. I love you world. Yasashii

I strongly rcommend people who has the capacity to opt for professional care 24 hours. If you are in the same circumstances as mine where you dont have the financial capacity, do your best to accomodate the need of your elderly. Sweep food residues and mop the floor with anti bacterial solutions. This will inhibit bacteria growth. 2)  Shower If you have...

Planning an outing with friends could be such a pain to your butt Requirements: 1) Friends from work, college, high school, kindergarten  (if you don't have one, add someone from social media and ask them to hang out with you). 2) Money 3) Transportation 4) Location Even if you have all of the above, it can still fail, you need a full cooperation from the participants. Besides that, you need a tad bit of patience in handling them especially when you are the person who asked them out.  It also helps not being pushy in times of crisis/problems/deviations. [Love Life] Handling your love life

Ecoya's been there for me  These days I think I can handle my girlfriend,  it is quite difficult to explain but here's the gist of it.  I think of my relationship as a flow of liquid. You just go with the flow and wait for your chance.  Just look for the opportunities in the rhythm. Basically, maintaining balance. Apart from that, I couldn't agree more with Taylor Swift on the subject of love "Men just like the game"-Blank Space-Taylor Swift

[opinion] Happiness and Money and Sacrifice

Image
Happiness and Money and Sacrifice I'll stick to my occasional Jjajangmyun and Kaarage dinner thanks This is a confusing issue for me, I aspire to be a financially independent person by 40. I prefer to be that way because I want my future kids to have the best healthcare, top education, and security. Some people are just satisfied with average lifestyle. I want to be rich, I desire to be one. Happiness in my dictionary is to spend time giving back to the society, helping the needy and a great lifestyle. For me to achieve my happiness, I need to secure myself first. By doing this, I can contribute greatly to those groups of needy at a significant level. Last week, I spoke with my colleagues about how one of them ate bread for 3 straight years during lunch. For confidential sake, let's name him HC. I also noticed that HC always cut his hair bald to save money from grooming his hair. Then one of the Chinese supervisors said "Don't underestimate him, he ...
